Christmas has been quite difficult this year. My Aunt died the week before Christmas and I have taken that a lot harder than I thought I would.  I could not face going to the gym after I found out.  I really did not want to face people. I really did not bother about what I ate either. I am sure to have put on weight by the time I get back to the Health Adviser.
